In Ramsau at the foot of the Dachstein massif there is a very special gym: the Fischer Skiletics Park. This is not a fitness studio in the conventional sense. Rather, it is an “outdoor fitness studio” on the cross-country ski trail. Cross-country skiers can get their whole body in shape there with exercises of their own strength. There are 15 stations in the park with exercises explained on signs. The mix of classic and skating exercises appeals to all muscle groups of the body. In Ramsau am Dachstein there are two air rifle shooting ranges and a small caliber shooting range with 12 lanes. Biathlon trainers help to apply the correct breathing and shooting techniques.
