We deliver exclusively to the countries that can be selected within the scope of the online order, i.e. currently to Austria, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, Ireland and Great Britain. The dispatch of the goods ordered by the customer is carried out by us or by carriers commissioned by us (e.g. parcel or express service).
We charge our shipping costs in addition to the offered prices of the respective goods. The shipping costs to Austria are € 4.90. From an order value of € 100, shipping is free of charge. The shipping costs to Germany are € 7.50. From an order value of € 100,– the shipping is free of charge. The shipping costs to Finland are € 18.90. Shipping is free of charge for orders of € 150,– or more. Shipping costs to the remaining countries are € 8.90. Shipping is free of charge for orders of € 150,– or more.
As a rule, the dispatch is carried out within 3 working days (dispatch) from acceptance of the contract. The customer should receive the delivery within Austria, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, France, Spain, Finland, Ireland and Great Britain usually within 5 to 7 working days from acceptance of the contract (shipping time). Saturdays are not considered working days. The information on the duration of dispatch is purely informative.
We are entitled to make partial deliveries at any time, provided this is reasonable for the customer. If partial deliveries are made by us, we shall bear the additional shipping costs. The customer will be informed immediately in case of delays in delivery.
If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration as well as the risk of theft of the goods in this mail order purchase shall pass to the customer when the goods are handed over to the person designated to carry out the shipment. If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration as well as the risk of theft of the goods in this mail order purchase shall pass to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer and different from the carrier.

Price quotations are subject to change without notice and are quoted in Euro and are also shown as gross prices including all taxes, in particular the applicable value added tax. Temporary special offers are shown as such in the presentation of the individual goods on our website. The customer does not incur any additional costs when ordering by using our website.
The price falls due for payment upon conclusion of the contract. You can pay by advance payment, SOFORT.com, PayPal or by using a MasterCard or VISA credit card. Payment is processed via our contract partner Wirecard Eastern Europe GmbH. Please also be sure to observe its general terms and conditions during the payment process. Any payment (or repayment) claims which you may have will be immediately credited to your account or credit card. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods.
