SHIPPING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

SHIPPING

We only deliver to countries that can be selected when placing an online order, i.e. currently Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Czechia, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus and Ireland. The goods ordered by the customer are shipped by us or by carriers commissioned by us (e.g. parcel or express service).

We charge shipping costs in addition to the prices offered for the respective goods. Shipping costs to Austria are €4,90. Shipping is free for orders over €100. Shipping costs to Germany are €7,50. Shipping is free for orders over €100. Shipping costs to Spain, Finland and Sweden are €19,50. Shipping is free for orders over €150. Shipping costs to all other countries are €14,90. Shipping is free for orders over €150.

Shipping usually takes place within 3 working days (shipping) after acceptance of the contract. Within Austria, Germany, Italy and Belgium, delivery should reach the customer within 5 to 7 working days. Orders to Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Czechia, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, France, Spain, Finland and Ireland usually take 2 to 3 weeks from acceptance of the contract (shipping time). Saturdays do not count as working days. The shipping time is provided for informational purposes only.

For customers from Switzerland: Orders can only be placed via www.loeffler-shop.ch.

Shipping costs:

  • 0-150 CHF purchase value: 15 CHF shipping costs incl. customs clearance
  • 150,01 to 250 CHF purchase value: 7,50 CHF incl. customs clearance
  • 250,01 CHF purchase value: free shipping incl. customs clearance

Returns from Switzerland:

The postage for a return shipment is to be paid by the buyer. We retain CHF 15 for customs clearance when crediting the returned goods.

We are entitled to make partial deliveries at any time, provided this is reasonable for the customer. If we make partial deliveries, we will bear the additional shipping costs. The customer will be informed immediately in the event of delivery delays.

If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss, accidental deterioration and theft of the goods in this mail order purchase shall pass to the customer upon handover of the goods to the person designated to carry out the shipment. If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss, accidental deterioration and theft of the goods in this mail order purchase shall pass to the consumer upon delivery of the goods to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier.

However, the risk of accidental loss, accidental deterioration and theft of the goods shall in any case pass to the customer at the latest when the customer defaults on acceptance.

In the event of a delay in delivery, the customer may withdraw from the contract after setting a reasonable grace period of at least 5 working days. Saturdays are not considered working days. If the provision of our services depends on the cooperation of the customer, such services shall only be provided if the customer has fulfilled their duties and/or obligations.

PRICES, PAYMENT TERMS AND METHOD

On 13.04.2022 a minimum order value was introduced, which is 40 euros.

Only the prices listed on our website apply. The prices offered on the website are valid until further notice. Prices are subject to change and are quoted in euros. They are also listed as gross prices including all taxes, in particular the applicable value added tax. Limited-time special offers are identified as such in the description of the individual products on our website. Customers do not incur any additional costs when placing orders via our website.

The price is due for payment upon conclusion of the contract. You can pay the price in advance, via Sofort by KLARNA, PayPal, purchase on account by KLARNA, Pay Now by KLARNA or with MasterCard or VISA credit cards. Payment is processed by our contractual partner Adyen N.V. Please also note their general terms and conditions for payment processing. Any refunds will be credited to your account or credit card immediately. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods. The LÖFFLER online shop only accepts payments in euros. LÖFFLER retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been received. The customer will receive a detailed invoice by email.

 

Advance payment

  1. Select “Advance payment” as the means of payment and subsequently transfer the gross invoice amount to Löffler’s account (IBAN: AT62 1860 0000 1900 9000, BIC: VKBLAT2L), specifying the order number provided in the order confirmation.
  2. Following successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Löffler online shop.
  3. The goods will be immediately dispatched after payment is received.

 

Sofort by KLARNA

  1. Select “Sofort by KLARNA” as the means of payment. You will be automatically redirected to our partner KLARNA.
  2. Follow the instructions and enter your online banking details.
  3. Following successful payment, you will be redirected to the Löffler online shop.

 

Purchase on account by KLARNA

  1. Select “Pay Later by KLARNA” as your payment method and you will be automatically redirected to our partner KLARNA.
  2. Follow the instructions and enter your details.
  3. Once payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected to the LÖFFLER online shop.

Pay Now by KLARNA

  1. Select “Pay Now by KLARNA” as your payment method and you will be automatically redirected to our partner KLARNA.
  2. Follow the instructions and enter your details.
  3. Once payment has been successfully completed, you will be redirected to the LÖFFLER online shop.

PayPal

  1. Select “PayPal” as the means of payment. You will be automatically redirected to our partner PayPal.
  2. There you can log into your PayPal account or open a new PayPal account and authorise the payment.
  3. Following successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Löffler online shop.

MasterCard

  1. Select “Credit card MasterCard” as the means of payment. Then enter your credit card number, the expiry date and the card verification code (the three digit code on the reverse of every credit card issued by MasterCard).
  2. For transactions processed using MasterCard SecureCode, the relevant password is required.
  3. Following successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Löffler online shop.

VISA

  1. Select “Credit card VISA” as the means of payment. Then enter your credit card number, the expiry date and the card verification code (the three digit code on the reverse of every credit card issued by Visa).
  2. For transactions processed using Verified by Visa, the relevant password is required.
  3. Following successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Löffler online shop.
