The BIKE SHORTS SWIDA-G is the top model of our touring bike shorts. Perforated inserts on the back and sides ensure good ventilation of the already lightweight, elastic material.
The waistband can be adjusted using hooks on the sides, making the shorts very comfortable to wear. They come with removable, high-quality hotBOND® Light cycling inner shorts with Comfort Gel Air seat padding, which offers comfort even on long rides.

Chest measurement
Measure your chest circumference at the widest point of the rib cage. Take care to keep the tape measure as horizontal as possible.

Waist or waistband measurement
For the waist measurement, the waist is measured at the narrowest point. For this purpose, hold the tape measure as centrally as possible between the lowest rib and the hip bone.

Hip measurement
Measure your hip circumference at the widest point and keep the tape measure as horizontal as possible. Attention: the hip circumference does not correspond to the belt circumference, but is approx. 10 centimetres below.

Inside leg length
Stand vertically on the floor without shoes. Now measure exactly from the crotch to the inner ankle and keep the tape measure as vertical as possible. Or take a pair of trousers that fit you and measure the inner seam exactly.
